An anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC has filed applications for a three-story, 12-unit mixed-use building at 1654 84th Street, located in Bensonhurst. The project would measure 15,158 square feet and rise 33 feet to its rooftop.
The apartments would be located evenly across the ground through third floors. They should average 937 square feet apiece, which means either rentals or condominiums could be in the works. There will also be a children’s daycare center in the cellar and off-street parking for eight cars.
Timothy Li’s Brooklyn-based TLI Architect is the architect of record. The 8,065-square-foot lot is currently occupied by a two-and-a-half-story house. Demolition permits have not been filed at this time.
