Upstate, N.Y.-based Nobel Real Estate Inc. has filed applications for a seven-story, 20-unit residential building at 166-30 88th Avenue, located in downtown Jamaica. The project would measure 23,989 square feet and rise 70 feet to its rooftop.
Residential units would be located across the second through seventh floors. The apartments should average 700 square feet apiece, which means rentals are likely in the works. Amenities include an outdoor terrace on the seventh floor, a 10-car parking garage on the ground floor, and community facility space in the cellar.
Jamaica-based M.S. Savani Architect is the architect of record. The 4,884-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-and-a-half-story house. Demolition permits have not been filed at this time.
