Brooklyn-based RedSky Capital has filed applications for a five-story, 20-unit mixed-use project at 658 Driggs Avenue, located on the corner of Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg. The new building would measure 26,826 square feet and rise 60 feet to its rooftop.
Residential units would spread across the second through fifth floors. The apartments should average 744 square feet apiece, indicative of rentals. There would also be 4,088 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Morris Adjmi Architects is the architect of record and also serves as the design architect. The 5,281-square-foot plot is currently vacant. A completion date has not been released.
