Cayuga Capital and property owner Michael Patti have filed applications to co-develop a three-story, 62,310-square-foot commercial building at 16 Berry Street, located on the corner of North 13th Street in northern Williamsburg.
The project would feature seven units of retail space across the ground and cellar levels, followed by a 97-car parking garage on the second floor. The third floor will contain 1,103 square feet of commercial space and 2,958 square feet of community facility space.
DXA Studio is the architect of record. The 25,000-square-foot site is occupied by a two-story, 43,240-square-foot warehouse, which is currently leased, The Real Deal reported. Demolition permits have not been filed at this time.
