Redsky Capital has filed applications for a six-story, 19-unit mixed-use building at 625 Driggs Avenue, located on the corner of North 4th Street in northern Williamsburg. The project would encompass 35,432 square feet and rise 73 feet to its rooftop.
A rendering of a new building at the site is on the developer’s website, although it appears to be an outdated version as it only appears to be four stories in height.
The latest plans would feature 2,839 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, followed by a 16-car parking garage on the second floor. Residential units will be located across the third through sixth floors and should average 796 square feet apiece.
Morris Adjmi Architects is the architect of record and is credited with designing the building in the rendering. The 5,000-square-foot plot is vacant.
