Renderings have been revealed of an eight-story, 130-unit mixed-use building in the early development stages at 115 Stanwix Street, located between Montieth Street and Flushing Avenue in eastern Bushwick. The latest building permits indicate the project will measure 91,004 square feet and rise 80 feet to its rooftop.
There will be 130 rental apartments, each of which should average 675 square feet apiece. There will also be 3,305 square feet of commercial-retail space across the ground floor.
Brooklyn-based Rabsky Group is the developer. ND Architecture & Design is responsible for the architecture, Brownstoner reported. The 20,997-square-foot site is vacant. A construction timeline has not been disclosed.
