A rendering has been revealed of the 12-story, 61-unit mixed-use building under development at 40 Bleecker Street, also known as 308 Mulberry Street, located in NoHo. The latest building permits indicate the project will encompass 135,488 square feet and rise 147 feet to its rooftop.
The new building will feature 61 condominium residences. The apartments will be located across the second through 12th floors, averaging 1,711 square feet apiece and ranging from one- to three-bedrooms. Six of the residences will be penthouses. There will also be 10,192 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Broad Street Development is the developer and Rawlings Architects is responsible for the architecture. The team also includes Edmund Hollander Landscape Architects and interior designer Ryan Korban, Curbed NY reported.
The 13,803-square-foot lot is occupied by a seven-story, 86-unit apartment building. Demolition permits were approved in April.
