The renovation, underway since the beginning of the year, includes infrastructure and mechanical upgrades, a redesigned lobby with stone walls, marble flooring, and bronzed glass, as well as a new entrance. The vacant office floors will receive a gut-demolition and modernization. The office floors will have single-occupancy restrooms, pantries, and conference rooms.
Fogarty Finger Architecture is designing the renovation, Commercial Observer reported. Vanbarton Group acquired the property, which features floor plates ranging from 3,000 square feet to 11,000 square feet, for $180 million in 2016. There is 70,000 square feet of vacant office space currently available to lease.
