Brooklyn-based West East Group Realty has filed applications for a four-story, six-unit residential building at 124 Eckford Street, located in the southern end of Greenpoint. The project would measure 7,028 square feet and rise 50 feet to its rooftop.
There would be residential units across the ground through fourth floors, in addition to part of the cellar. The apartments should average 833 square feet, which means either rentals or condominiums could be in the works.
Chi F. Lau’s TriBeCa-based firm is the architect of record. The 2,500-square-foot lot is currently occupied by a two-story rowhouse. Demolition permits were filed in May.
