Azimuth Development Group has filed applications for a five-story, 39-unit mixed-use building at 31-11 37th Street, located in Astoria. The project would encompass 34,690 square feet and rise 60 feet to its rooftop.
There would be community facility space on the ground floor for a nonprofit, followed by 39 residential units across the rest of the building. The apartments should average 657 square feet apiece, indicative of rentals.
Residential amenities would include off-street parking for 29 cars, laundry facilities, and a fitness center. Kossar + Garry Architects is the architect of record. The 13,500-square-foot lot is currently vacant.
