YIMBY has an exclusive look at progress on Vitre, a 21-story, 48-unit residential building under development at 302 East 96th Street, located on the Upper East Side. The latest building permits indicate the project, now up to the sixth floor, will encompass 75,887 square feet and rise 210 feet to its rooftop.
The new building will feature 48 condominium residences across the second through 21st floors. The apartments will range from one- to three-bedrooms and average 1,088 square feet apiece.
The development team consists of Wonder Works Development Group, Forbes Development, Fimidia Enterprises, Mink Development, and Pacific Development & Management Co. Karl Fischer’s SoHo-based firm is responsible for the architecture and Elianart is designing the interiors.
Occupancy is expected by the end of summer 2018.
