Brooklyn-based Hampshire Properties has filed applications for a 15-story, 33-unit mixed-use building at 2461 Broadway, located on the corner of West 91st Street on the Upper West Side. The project would measure 76,999 square feet and rise 197 feet to its rooftop.
The new building will feature 5,662 square feet of retail space across the ground and second floors, followed by 33 residential units on the third through 15th floors. The apartments should average 1,780 square feet apiece, indicative of condominiums.
ODA New York is the architect of record. The 5,369-square-foot assemblage consists of a five-story mixed-use building at 2461 Broadway and a two-story commercial structure at 2463 Broadway. Demolition permits have not been filed.
