A Westchester County-based property owner has filed applications for a six-story, 16-unit mixed-use building at 2245 Creston Avenue, located in the Fordham Heights section of the West Bronx. The project would measure 12,733 square feet and rise 56 feet in height. Medical offices would be located on the ground floor, followed by 16 residential units throughout the rest of the building. The apartments should average 681 square feet apiece, indicative of rentals. Mount Vernon, N.Y.-based Badaly Architects is the architect of record. The 2,665-square-foot lot is occupied by a three-story building. Demolition permits have not been filed at this time.
