New renderings were recently revealed, thanks to EB-5 financing materials, of the 60-story, 228-unit mixed-use tower under development by the Lightstone Group at 130 William Street, in the Financial District. The tower, dubbed Wall Street Tower, is expected to be over 800 feet tall. The developer is seeking $100 million in EB-5 funds, The Real Deal reported earlier this month.
The latest building permits indicate the structure will encompass 447,124 square feet. There will be 15,337 square feet of retail space across the ground, second, and cellar levels, followed by 228 condominiums across the fifth through 60th floors. The apartments should average 1,413 square feet apiece.
Ghanaian-British architect Sir David Adjaye, of Adjaye Associates, is the design architect. Hill West Architects is the executive architect. Excavation prep is underway at the site and completion is expected in late 2019.
