    With..Hello..YIMBY..I know the project is not force oneself into doing planning to develop, including demolish to concrete structure on the show.

    This place is so historical, there are so many parking lots and gas stations around there, why that building

    I love the architecture of this building- rare for the area. It should be preserved.

    I’m noticing this a lot in Harlem. It’s an interesting method for helping keep some of these churches viable. However, these unique buildings do get lost in that. We need to find away to both help the property owners profit from the value of their land while also allowing the unique streetscapes of these communities to remain. Air rights are supposed to do that kind of thing, but perhaps this church doesn’t have them to sell?
