Begin to above street level and next day is high and next day is higher and reach to its rooftop, ready to use on mixed-use building with marketing.

Brooklyn’s Fourth Avenue meet with Manhattan’s LES, nice. SAME ARCHITECTURE STYLE, SEATBACKS. Should be better building there, like new office tower in Meatpacking district, 61 Ninth Ave!!! BUT THIS ONE, NO NO!!!

Last sentence I deleted, it’s generally ok, but I think either higher structure or at least more architectural designed, would be more appropriate on this corner property. Again 4th Avenue buildings in Brooklyn are generally dominated overall streetscape there, but in Manhattan in the same block where you see much taller like 22 or 27 stories high boldings, 11 story at least should be better designed. Maybe building this within midrise High Line architecture would be ok or in anywhere in Brooklyn, except Downtown Brooklyn, where this building would be waste of space too.
