Design and development firm NAVA Companies is anticipating a $72.4 million sellout for its 10-story, 12-unit mixed-use building under development at 80 East 10th Street, located on the corner of Fourth Avenue in the East Village. The state Attorney General’s office approved the filing early last month, The Real Deal reported. The latest building permits indicate the project will measure 34,840 square feet and rise 119 feet to its rooftop.
The residential units will be condominiums and should average 2,038 square feet apiece. The apartments will be located across the second through 10th floors, while 2,172 square feet of retail will round out the ground floor. NAVA is the design architect and SBLM Architects is the executive architect. Excavation work is underway, according to the developer’s website.
