An anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC has filed applications for a six-story, eight-unit mixed-use building at 341 Myrtle Avenue, located in Fort Greene. The project will measure 11,241 square feet. There will be 2,185 square feet of ground-floor commercial-retail space, followed by eight residential units across the second through sixth floors. The apartments should average 933 square feet apiece, which means either rentals or condominiums could be the works. Anthony Cucich’s Astoria-based firm is the architect of record. The 2,419-square-foot lot is occupied by a three-story structure. Demolition permits have not been filed.
