A Queens-based property owner has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit residential building at 135-04 102nd Avenue, located on the corner of 135th Street in Richmond Hill. The project will measure 7,540 square feet and its residential units should average 849 square feet apiece. There will be two residential units per floor on the ground through third floors, followed by a single unit on the fourth floor. There will be seven off-street parking spaces. Kew Gardens-based Tabriz Design Group is the architect of record. The 4,759-square-foot lot is occupied by a single-story house. Demolition permits have not been filed.
