An anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC has filed applications for a five-story, seven-unit residential building at 436 Flushing Avenue, located on the corner of Bedford Avenue in northwestern Bedford-Stuyvesant. The project will measure 25,422 square feet and will rise 60 feet to its roof.
There will be seven apartments across the ground through fifth floors. The units should average a spacious 2,534 square feet apiece, indicative of configurations that will be family-sized. Queens-based NY Building Associates is the architect of record. The 5,928-square-foot site is occupied by a gas station. Demolition permits were filed in February.
