A Bronx-based property owner has filed applications for two three-story, three-unit residential buildings at 1833 Lacombe Avenue and 505 Thieriot Avenue, in the Classon Point section of the East Bronx. The buildings will measure 4,080 square feet and 3,680 square feet, respectively. Across both, the full-floor residential units should average 992 square feet apiece, indicative of apartments with family-sized configurations. There will be a total of five off-street parking spaces. Pelham, N.Y.-based Fred Geremia Architects & Planners is the architect of record. The 5,000-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-story house. Demolition permits were filed in June.
