A Brooklyn-based property owner has filed applications for a six-story, eight-unit mixed-use building at 933 60th Street, on the western end of Borough Park. The project will measure 9,965 square feet. There will be 1,400 square feet of medical space on the ground and cellar floors, followed by eight residential units across the second through sixth floors. The units should average 750 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. Shiming Tam’s Brooklyn-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 2,003-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-story rowhome. Demolition permits have not been filed.
