An anonymous Bronx-based corporation has filed applications for a six-story, 43-unit residential building at 1181 Sherman Avenue, in the South Bronx’s Concourse Village section. The project will measure 36,877 square feet and rise 56 feet to its roof. Its residential units, to be located across the ground through sixth floors, should average 715 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. There will also be 13 off-street parking spaces, among other amenities. Mohammad R. Badaly’s Mount Vernon, N.Y.-based firm is the architect of record. The 9,167-square-foot plot is vacant. The Real Deal first reported on the filings.
