Brooklyn-based All Year Management has refiled applications for a six-story, 25-unit mixed-use building at 150 Meserole Street, located on the corner of Graham Avenue in central Williamsburg. The building will measure 33,422 square feet and rise 60 feet in height.
There will be 2,845 square feet of ground-floor retail space, followed by 5,659 square feet of medical offices on the second floor and 25 residential units across the third through sixth floors. The apartments should average 669 square feet apiece, indicative of rentals. ODA New York is the architect of record.
The 5,625-square-foot assemblage is vacant. The site was occupied by a three-story building until February 2016, when demolition was completed. Permits were initially filed for the project in 2015. The latest plans include less retail and more medical office space than before.
