Caerus Group has filed applications for a nine-story, 98-unit mixed-use building at 206 Wadsworth Avenue, located on the corner of West 184th Street in northern Washington Heights. The project will encompass 114,743 square feet and rise 95 feet in height to its roof.
The ground floor will contain 14,644 square feet of community facility space, to be utilized by the Wadsworth Avenue Baptist Church. The residential units will be located across the eight floors above. They should average 759 square feet apiece, although the developer has not decided whether they will be rentals or condominiums. Mancini Duffy is the architect of record. A three-story church occupied the 14,988-square-foot plot until November, when it was demolished. The Real Deal first reported on the filings.
