New renderings have been revealed of the commercial conversation planned for the three-story, 67,236-square-foot industrial building at 10-85 Irving Avenue, located in Ridgewood. The project will be called the Box Factory and will feature three retail units, a restaurant, and creative office space, Curbed NY reported. The Brickman Group and Hornig Capital Partners are the developers. Fogarty Finger is responsible for the architecture. A construction timeline has not been revealed, although permits to conduct interior work have already been filed at the Department of Buildings.
