An anonymous Manhattan-based LLC has filed applications for a five-story, 10-unit residential building at 1269 DeKalb Avenue, in central Bushwick. The project will measure 10,939 square feet and its residential units should average 806 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. A recreational room will be located on the ground floor. Woody Chen’s Elmhurst-based Infocus Design & Planning is the architect of record. The 37-foot-wide, 3,828-square-foot plot is occupied by a pair of two-story townhouses. Demolition permits were filed in January.
