Brooklyn-based Brookfield Capital has filed applications for five four-story, seven-unit residential buildings at 650-658 Madison Street, located in the heart of Bedford-Stuyvesant. The buildings will measure between 7,655 square feet and 7,798 square feet each, with residential units averaging 734 square feet apiece. The apartments will be one- and two-bedroom condominiums.
Forest Hills-based ARC Architecture + Design Studio is the architect of record. The 13,033-square-foot plot was occupied by two single-family homes until June 2016, when they were demolished. The Real Deal reported on the filings when they were initially submitted.
