An anonymous Mount Vernon, N.Y.-based LLC has filed applications for an eight-story, 22-unit mixed-use building at 2311 Morris Avenue, located in the West Bronx’s Fordham Heights section. The project will measure 16,650 square feet and rise 74 feet in height.
There will be a 178-square-foot medical office on the ground floor. Twenty-two residential units will spread across the rest of the building. The apartments should average 664 square feet apiece, indicative of rentals. Mohammad R. Badaly’s Mount Vernon, N.Y.-based firm is the architect of record. The 2,665-square-foot plot is vacant.
