Izaki Group Investments has acquired, from Extell Development Company, the three mixed-use buildings at 310-314 East 86th Street, on the Upper East Side. The cost was $42 million. The assemblage could accommodate up to 71,240 square feet of development potential if the new owner decides to demolish the existing structures for a new building, The Real Deal reported. Plans for the site have not been revealed. The existing buildings — one four-story structure and two three-story townhouses — currently contain commercial and residential spaces. Demolition permits haven’t been filed.
