    Whole of the building straights to apartments with a seven-story, detached the top and bottom are joined to space.

    “A decrepit, two-story commercial building occupies the site.” Odd, non of the buildings pictured are two stories.

    Secretive is not a synonym for private. Not attending the quarterly real estate round-tables at the Brooklyn Historical Society, for example, does not make one secretive.

    Lots of people don’t attend the real estate roundtables, and that doesn’t make them secretive. Being completely unwilling to discuss your plans or talk to the press does!
