Renderings have been revealed of the five-story, 12-unit residential building at 1411 Bushwick Avenue, located on the corner of Moffat Street in eastern Bushwick. The project, filed with the city’s Department of buildings earlier this year, will measure 15,227 square feet.
There will be nine one-bedroom apartments, two two-bedroom units, and a one-bedroom duplex unit, Brownstoner reported. The units should average 854 square feet apiece, although its unclear whether they will be rentals or condominiums.
The site’s two-story wood-framed predecessor was demolished in April. Threefold is the developer and ARC Architecture + Design Studio is responsible for the architecture. A construction timeline has not been revealed.
