Construction is nearly complete on the five-story, 24-unit mixed-use building under development at 152 Manhattan Avenue, located on the corner of Meserole Street in Williamsburg. Progress on the structure can be seen thanks to a tipster. The latest building permits indicate the project encompasses 29,764 square feet and rises 53 feet to its rooftop.
There will be 5,375 square feet of ground-floor retail space, followed by 3,949 square feet of medical offices on the second floor. Twenty-four residential units will spread across the second through fifth floors. The apartments, condominiums, should average 685 square feet apiece.
