Brooklyn-based Hello Living has filed applications for a 21-story, 100-key hotel at 291 Livingston Street, located in Downtown Brooklyn. The project would measure 49,436 square feet and rise 189 feet to its rooftop. The hotel lobby and a coffee shop will be located on the ground floor, followed by hotel rooms across the second through 21st floor, The Real Deal reported. SoHo-based Gene Kaufman Architect is the architect of record. The 20-foot-wide, 3,900-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-story commercial building. Demolition permits were filed in March.
