A rendering has been revealed of the nine-story, 88-unit residential building planned at 148-31 90th Avenue, located in downtown Jamaica. The 70,000-square-foot project, to be developed by Century Development Group, will include a mix of condominiums and rental apartments, The Real Deal reported. The apartments will range from studios to two-bedrooms and 13 or 14 units, or 15 percent of the total, will rent at below-market rates through the housing lottery.
Flushing-based Raymond Chan Architect is responsible for the architecture. New building applications have not been filed. The 15,225-square-foot site consists of a vacant lot and a pair of two-story houses. Demolition permits were filed for both structures last October.
