A Brooklyn-based property owner has filed applications for a four-story, three-unit residential building at 1566 46th Street, located in Borough Park. The new building would measure 11,136 square feet and its residential units should average a spacious, family-sized 2,935 square feet apiece. There would be a single unit on the ground floor, another unit across the second floor and part of the third floor, followed by a third unit across part of the third floor and the fourth floor. Kenneth Thomas’s Rockland County, N.Y.-based firm is the applicant of record. The 4,407-square-foot lot is occupied by a three-story house. Demolition permits were filed last year.
