A Queens-based property owner has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit mixed-use building at 108-35 Roosevelt Avenue, located in North Corona. The project will measure 9,668 square feet. There will be 959 square feet of medical space across the ground and cellar levels, followed by seven residential units across part of the ground floor and the second through fourth floors. The apartments should average 751 square feet apiece, indicative of rentals. Forest Hills-based Design 101 is the architect of record. The 3,125-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-story rowhouse. Demolition permits have not been filed.
