A Brooklyn-based developer has filed applications for an eight-story, 18-unit mixed-use building at 1111 Fulton Street, in southwestern Bedford-Stuyvesant. The project will measure 19,826 square feet and rise 87 feet in height. There will be 1,315 square feet of ground-floor retail space, followed by 18 residential units across the second through eighth floors. The apartment should average 767 square feet apiece, indicative of rentals.
Brooklyn-based ND Architecture & Design is the architect of record. The 20-foot-wide, 3,620-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-story commercial building, DNAinfo reported. Demolition permits have not been filed at this time.
