Construction is wrapping up on the seven-story, 11-unit residential building under development at 204 Forsyth Street, located on the Lower East Side. Progress on the structure can be seen thanks to an update by Bowery Boogie. The latest building permits indicate the project measures 24,960 square feet and rises 80 feet to its rooftop.
The building, dubbed Forsyth, will feature eleven two- to three-bedroom condominium residences. The sixth and seventh floors will each host full-floor units. Across the whole building, the apartments should average 1,779 square feet apiece.
Charles Saulson is the developer, Z Architecture is the design and executive architect, and Paris Forino Interior Design is responsible for the interiors. Occupancy can probably be expected within the next few months.
