Construction is quickly wrapping up on the four-story, 75-unit residential project under development at 313 St. Marks Avenue, located in Prospect Heights. The nearly completed structure can be seen in a Curbed NY update. The project, called The Brooklyn Zinc, encompasses 86,372 square feet.
The building features 75 rental apartments ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. The units, averaging 749 square feet apiece, will spread across all four above-grade floors and part of the cellar. There will also be a 38-car parking garage in the cellar. Industrie Capital Partners is the developer and S3 Architecture is responsible for the design. Occupancy is expected in the coming weeks.
