Construction has topped out on the 25-story, 182-unit mixed-use building under development at 27-17 42nd Road, located on the corner of 28th Street in the Queens Plaza section of Long Island City. YIMBY has exclusive photos of the structure, which encompasses 221,266 square feet and rises 258 feet above street level, according to the latest building permits.
The building will feature 182 condominium units ranging from one- to two-bedrooms. There will also be ground-floor retail space. Eastern Star Development is the developer and Bayside-based JLS Designs is responsible for the architecture. Completion is expected by the end of the year.
