YIMBY has photos of the progress now underway on the 16th floor of the 24-story, 55-unit mixed-use building under development at 50 West 30th Street, located on the corner of Sixth Avenue in NoMad. The latest building permits indicate the structure will eventually encompass 105,973 square feet and rise 315 feet to the top of its bulkhead.
The tower, dubbed The NOMA, will feature 55 condominium units ranging from one- to three-bedrooms. The apartments should average 1,320 square feet apiece and will cost between $1.55 million and $6.75 million. There will also be 10,363 square feet of retail space across the ground, second, and cellar levels.
