Castellan Real Estate Partners has filed applications for a 23-story, 54-unit residential building at 7 East 30th Street, in NoMad. The project would encompass 41,992 square feet and rise 227 feet to its rooftop. There would be 2,142 square feet of ground-floor retail space, followed by 54 residential units across the second through 23rd floors. The apartments should average 738 square feet apiece, indicative of rentals. Manhattan-based SWA Architecture is the architect of record. These latest plans replace those filed in 2014 that called for a 21-story residential building, The Real Deal reported. The 3,504-square-foot site is vacant.
