Rockrose Development Corporation has filed applications for an 18-story, 123-unit mixed-use building at 43-12 Hunter Street, located on the corner of 44th Road in the Court Square section of Long Island City. The project would encompass 125,665 square feet and rise 228 feet above street level. Its residential units, located across the second through 17th floors, should average 704 square feet apiece, indicative of rentals. There would also be 4,054 square feet of retail space across the ground and cellar levels. SLCE Architects is the architect of record, The Real Deal reported. The 10,221-square-foot site is a vacant and currently used as a temporary park.
