Construction is now two stories above street level on the 14-story, 93,000-square-foot commercial building under development at 100 East Broadway, located on the corner of Pike Street in Chinatown. Progress on the structure can be seen thanks to an update by Bowery Boogie. The latest building permits indicate the structure will eventually rise 180 feet to its rooftop.
There will be retail and restaurant space across the ground through third floors, followed by medical space on the fourth floor and office space throughout the fifth through 14th floors. The commercial space will reportedly be sold as condominium units. Yeung Real Estate Development is the developer and College Point-based Studio C Architects is the architect of record. Completion is likely in 2018.
