An anonymous Bronx-based LLC has filed applications for two three-story, three-unit residential buildings at 727-729 East 219th Street, in the East Bronx’s Williamsbridge section. The buildings will measure 3,663 square feet each. Across both, the full-floor residential units should average 1,221 square feet apiece, indicative of units with family-sized configurations. There will be a total of six off-street parking spaces. Pelham, N.Y.-based Fred Geremia Architects & Planners is the architect of record. The 5,723-square-foot plot is vacant. Its two-story predecessor was demolished in 2010.
