An anonymous Staten Island-based LLC has filed applications for a three-story, eight-unit mixed-use building at 375 Sand Lane, located on the corner of Father Capodanno Boulevard in Arrochar, on Staten Island’s East Shore. The project will encompass 17,434 square feet and rise 40 feet in height.
There will be 1,128 square feet of retail space and a 38-car parking garage in the basement, followed by an 8,318-square-foot children’s daycare on the first floor. Eight residential units will spread across the second and third floors. The apartments should average just under 1,000 square feet apiece. Brooklyn-based Zproekt Architecture is the architect of record. The 12,000-square-foot plot is vacant.
