Cornell Realty Management has filed applications for a six-story, 125,150-square-foot commercial building at 206 Kent Avenue, in Williamsburg. That’s the 22,640-square-foot vacant plot bound by Kent and Metropolitan avenues and River and North 3rd Streets. The structure will rise 85 feet to its roof.
Retail space will spread across the entire ground floor, followed by office space across the fourth through sixth floors. A parking garage will be located on the cellar and second floors, while the third floor will contain an outdoor terraced area. ME Architect is the architect of record. Despite filing plans, the property owner is seeking to sell the site, The Real Deal reported.
