Brooklyn-based ArtCondo has filed applications for a seven-story, 24-unit mixed-use building at 368 East 152nd Street, located in the South Bronx’s Melrose section. The project will measure 23,823 square feet and rise 74 feet in height. There will be 1,999 square feet of community facility space on the ground floor, followed by 24 residential units across the second through seventh floors. The apartments, geared to artists, will be condominiums and should average 909 square feet apiece. Michael Murdoff’s Hudson Square-based firm is the architect of record. The 6,374-square-foot plot is vacant.
