Renderings have been revealed of the two single-story commercial buildings planned at 505-511 West 27th Street, in West Chelsea. The buildings, to be built by Related Companies, will be dubbed the High Line Nine, Curbed NY reported. They will house a galleria, with 15 artist gallery spaces, a café, a wine bar, among other amenities.
The latest building permits indicates the new structures will measure 15,045 square feet together. studioMDA is the design architect and Kevin Byrne’s Bronx-based firm is the architect of record. Demolition permits were filed for two existing three-story buildings in April.
